3. SMS and Voice Communication Data

Key commitment: No mobile information you share with us will be sold to or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

If you provide express written consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) and AI-generated or pre-recorded voice calls, we will use your phone number exclusively to deliver insurance-related communications on behalf of John Silverstein Insurance Agency. Specifically:

  • Your phone number will not be sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for their independent marketing use.
  • Your SMS consent record, including the date, time, and method of consent, will be retained to demonstrate compliance with the TCPA and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements.
  • If you reply STOP to any text message, your number will be immediately added to our internal opt-out list and no further marketing texts will be sent.

Your email address will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Your Information

To obtain an insurance quote or bind a policy, we may share your information with licensed insurance carriers and underwriters. These companies are required to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website or delivering communications (for example, SMS platform providers). These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.

We will never: Sell your personal information to data brokers, share your phone number or email with third parties for their own marketing use, or use your information for purposes unrelated to insurance services.

6. Data Retention
